We are a locally owned and operated residential roofing and gutter company based out of Thomaston, GA specializing in full roof replacements and seamless aluminum gutter installation! We also offer professional gutter cleaning services and leaf guard sales and installation! We take extreme pride in our work and the blessing that is our business. We love serving our hometown of Thomaston and the state of Georgia. Our goal is to provide our hometown and state with a professional roofing company that can perform full roof replacements that last. We also provide high earning careers and financially sponsor/support our “local” non-profit organizations and youth sports programs! All of our roofs and gutters are installed by professionals that have been educated and trained in our specialized system and are required to be positive contributors to our society.

In 2019, Franklin Contracting earned and was awarded the GAF Master Elite license and certification.
In 2021, Franklin Contracting received the status of GAF Community Contractor for its contributions to Habitat For Humanity, supporting the local community, and helping to better the lives of its neighbors in need.

To gain this certification, contractors need to:

• Have a proven reputation
• Be committed to ongoing professional training
Only 2% of all roofing companies qualify as Master Elite™. This means that out of the 2,000 roofing companies in Georgia, only 40 are able to meet GAF's high-quality standards. In order to uphold these standards, GAF randomly inspects a large number of the roofs that each company puts on each year. GAF also covers a Master Elite’s workmanship. Approximately 95% of the issues that arise on a roofing project are related to the installation of the product, not the product itself. With a Master Elite® roofer, you can be sure that they have been trained to install the materials correctly and have the ethical wherewithal to make sure that your home is protected. In some states, including Georgia, roofing companies are not required to hold a specific roofing license. This makes holding a Master Elite™ Certification one of the few ways to determine if your chosen contractor is actually qualified to perform work on your roof.
